Departure Transportation — Friday, October 2, 2026

Our group will travel to New York on Friday, October 2, 2026 — the same day the cruise departs.

Transportation will be provided aboard a 15-passenger van with a professional driver.

The trip is approximately 198 miles each way, or approximately 396 miles round trip.

Return Transportation — Wednesday, October 7, 2026

Upon completion of the cruise, return transportation will be provided on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, when Valiant Lady returns to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal.

Traffic congestion, accidents, road closures, severe weather, mechanical issues, construction, law-enforcement activity, emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances may cause delays.

By purchasing this transportation service, the traveler acknowledges and accepts the risks associated with same-day travel. STEM City Travel, Career Communications Group, and their representatives are not responsible for a traveler missing the cruise, being denied boarding, or incurring additional expenses because of transportation delays or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

Travelers are responsible for complying with all cruise-line check-in, documentation, boarding, and embarkation requirements.
